Permits Central
Residential construction framing in progress

Yesterday’s permits.
This morning’s opportunities.

Permits Central monitors official building-permit sources, finds newly published construction activity, and delivers the opportunities to contractors in the markets they subscribe to.

  • Official government permit sources
  • New permits monitored automatically
  • Built for contractors
  • Starting at $149/month per market

The problem

Stop checking city permit websites

Building permit data is public, but it’s scattered across different city and county systems. Permits Central handles that work.

How it works

  1. 01

    We monitor the permits

Permits Central checks official government permit sources in supported markets.

  2. 02

    We find what’s new

We collect, organize, deduplicate and classify newly published permit activity.

  3. 03

    You get the opportunities

New permit opportunities arrive in your dashboard and, when enabled, your inbox.

Questions

Are these homeowner leads?
No. Permit records reflect construction activity filed with a government agency. They are not requests for estimates, and a property owner may not want contractor contact.
Where does the permit data come from?
From official city and county permit sources. Each market page names its source and its actual update cadence.
Is every market updated daily?
No. Sources publish on different schedules. We only sell a market once its source is validated, and we never call a weekly source daily.
What is the difference between Core and Pro?
Core ($149/month/market) helps you find the work: new permits, address, type, description, basic trade matches and 60 days of history. Pro ($249/month/market) adds valuation, contractor and permit-holder details when published, Opportunity Score, match reasoning, advanced filters, full history and export.
Can I subscribe to more than one market?
Yes. Each market is a separate subscription, and you can mix plans — for example Pro in one market and Core in another.
